Ordering of Services

Ordering of consultancy, lectures, or other services, online or offline, is binding once the task has been approved and confirmed.

Offers

All offers made by Det visuelle rum are valid for 14 days unless otherwise expressly agreed between the parties.

Prices and Payment

All prices are exclusive of VAT. The hourly rate for consulting services is initially DKK 1,250 exclusive of VAT unless otherwise expressly agreed.

The total price for project-based services is paid in advance for each month as long as the collaboration is desired to continue.

Payment must be made no later than the date indicated on the invoice as the final payment date. This is initially 8 days net after the invoice has been sent.

For late payment, a reminder fee of DKK 100 plus 5% of the principal will be charged for each commenced month.

For orders exceeding DKK 10,000 excluding VAT, a minimum of 50% is invoiced before work begins.

Collaboration Conditions

The buyer may participate in idea development and discussions about the purchased services to the extent desired by the buyer, without any requirement.

If extraordinary collaboration results in significantly more working hours, this is deducted from the total resource allocation to the client for the month. Conversely, if the collaboration results in significantly less working hours for the supplier, compared to planned activities, more time is allocated to other client activities.

The monthly collaboration structure will take place entirely transparently.

All services and activities, practical as well as advisory, will be reported on a monthly basis.

If the services are limited to a predetermined hourly basis, the amount of services will be reflected in this hourly basis.

If the supplier is contacted with requests for additional services that fall outside the agreed services within the framework of the collaboration, these will be in addition to the agreed hours/projects unless otherwise explicitly agreed.

Rights to the Product

After payment, the buyer has full rights to use the products and services delivered from Det visuelle rum as desired.

Termination of Collaboration

The agreement ends the moment the client no longer wishes to use the Supplier's services or products.

However, information about termination of collaboration should be given at least one month in advance and no later than the 15th of the following month. The supplier may terminate the collaboration if payment for services and products is not received.

Refund

No refund is provided for online and one-to-one products. There is no right of withdrawal for online courses, which are sent immediately after purchase.

Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing online products, including courses, video advice, and other digital products from Det visuelle rum, you waive your right of withdrawal.

Cancellation

If you have purchased 1:1 meetings, including strategy meetings, changes or cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours in advance due to the meeting room and administration. If canceled later than this, an invoice will be sent for costs related to lunch and room rental.

Cancellation of workshops or lectures must be made at least 5 working days in advance. If the lecture or workshop is canceled entirely, an invoice for administration and planning will be sent.

Confidentiality and References

Det visuelle rum undertakes not to disclose confidential information to a third party regarding specific tasks and collaboration in general.

Det visuelle rum is entitled to use the knowledge and know-how gained during the collaboration.
